These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and dipo4d (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the dipo4d website located at https://dipo4d.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets or wagers, playing games, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for an account or use the Platform. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account and use the dipo4d Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited. You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and use of the Platform. We do not accept registrations from individuals located outside Indonesia or from regions where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
To use the Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identity card (KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the dipo4d Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different personal information, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have opened or are operating more than one Account, we reserve the right to close or suspend all such Accounts, void all bets and winnings, and forfeit all Balances. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction, including by using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your identity or location, will result in immediate Account closure.
As part of our regulatory compliance and fraud prevention measures, we require all Users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of your Indonesian identity card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph holding your identity document. We may also request additional documentation at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.
dipo4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. We do not accept third-party payments; all deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your dipo4d Account.
Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Bank transfers typically process within 1-15 minutes, while e-wallet deposits are usually instant. dipo4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method has sufficient funds and that all payment information is accurate. dipo4d is not liable for any delays or failures in deposit processing caused by your financial institution or payment provider.
Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and range from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. We reserve the right to impose additional deposit limits or restrictions on your Account at our discretion if we believe such measures are necessary for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.
You may request a withdrawal of funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals that you used for deposits whenever possible, as part of our anti-money laundering compliance.
Standard withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). VIP members enjoy faster processing: Silver tier members receive priority processing within 12 hours, Gold tier members within 6 hours, and Platinum tier members receive instant processing. Please note that these are internal processing times; actual receipt of funds may take additional time depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. International bank holidays, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and Indonesian public holidays may extend processing times.
Maximum withdrawal amounts vary by VIP tier and range from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction. Monthly withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in your Account settings. dipo4d does not charge fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur an administrative fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount, up to a maximum of Rp 100,000. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods.
dipo4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and in your Account at the time of activation. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount and must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute 10% or less. Certain games may be completely excluded from bonus play. The maximum bet allowed while wagering a bonus is Rp 50,000 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings derived from bonus play (after meeting wagering requirements) are withdrawable.
Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, Account suspension, and potential legal action. We employ sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse and reserve the right to withhold bonuses or payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules and regulations of the sport in question, as well as the rules published on our Platform. We offer pre-match betting, live in-play betting, mix parlay (accumulator) betting, and various specialty markets. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or limit any bet at our discretion. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches, standard industry settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules section.
All casino games, including slots, table games, live casino, and crash games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to variance. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, software malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and legal action:
We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited funds or voided winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dipo4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial damages or losses. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the liability arose.
All content on the dipo4d Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of dipo4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and best practices. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations with our customer support team. If no resolution can be reached, disputes may be escalated to formal arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
dipo4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notification on the Platform.
